About Fido
I always loved teaching and it has always been my priority to be able to make a subject as simple as possible. I have worked with and taught children for a long time and it brings me joy to pass my knowledge onto someone else. I used to have many tutors before as well and that made me figure out what methods worked the best for me and see what are the ways you can use to teach something new. I do not have any formal qualifications as a teacher, but I am confident that I am a good tutor and can help out young minds to absorb knowledge that I as well have struggled with in the past. I am sure you won't be disappointed if you give me a chance :)

I have been teaching 15 to 19 year old high-school or first-year university students for over two years. The lessons range from 1 to 3 hours, depending on how long the student can concentrate and how much time I will have. For me it is important try and make the subject as simple as possible and hopefully make it fun and interesting. I find that maths and physics are often taught in a very hard and intimidating way and it doesn't have to be that way. When I teach more difficult concepts, I try to make them as simple as possible by providing the student with a framework of how to visualise even the more complicated ideas. I think it is often the case that we are able to digest new concepts more easily, when we can connect them with some real life situation. Additionally, I have also worked as a ski coach with children from 6 to 14 years and it was a great experience to learn how to approach children and how to keep them interested and focused.
