About Oliver
I have been tutoring for 4 years and am now in my 3rd year on a theoretical physics degree at the University of York. I achieved a grade 9 at GCSEs and A* in maths alongside an A in further maths at A level. Providing detailed explanations with real life examples helps to combat lack of understanding before moving on to working through past exam questions and providing deep knowledge of the markscheme to secure the grades your child deserves. It is a rewarding experience to teach and I have always enjoyed it.

My lessons focus on explaining and developing understanding concepts and once comfortable; start exam practice. Real world examples and tangential relevant interdiscplinary subjects help students better get to grips with topics. I have been tutoring for 4 years and do 1 hour lessons with a short break to help keep focus up.
