About Hananel

Hananel Valerie is 21 year old from the Commonwealth of Dominica. He graduated as valedictorian of his high school class in 2020 and with Honors from the Dominica State College with Associate Degrees in Biology, Chemistry and Physics in 2022. During this time, he took coursework for the Cambridge A-level GCE examinations and tutored in his cohort.

Since 2019, Hananel has been tutoring students of all ages for non-profit causes, as well as for pay in Dominica and the rest of the Caribbean.

He is currently completing a bachelor's degree in biochemistry so that he can pursue his dream of becoming a forensic scientist.

About the lesson

Tested and proven approach to help A-students reach their full potential and convert at risk students to passing enthusiasts.

Discourages rote learning but tries to use engaging interactive techniques to cater to student's interests.

Lesson plans are typically dynamic to fit the students' desires. On a regular schedule, I typically go over concepts to consolidate and introduce new topics. In the case of emergencies or exam situations, I double down on challenging concepts and resort to practice questions and exercises to make students more comfortable with information.

Study tips and tricks, past paper practice and solutions.
Analysis and comprehensive reviews to aid studying for regional exams.

Students taken on a case-by-case basis. I have tutored kids from Grade 6 in general subject areas to high school to freshman college students, predominantly in Chemistry, Physics and Maths. I also taught Grade 8 & 9 students Chemistry, Biology and Integrated Science during my college gap year.
