About Jamie
I remember myself how daunting exams were back in school and how much 1 to 1 teaching would have benefited me especially in busy classes. I have much experience working with children and teenagers having previously tutored and led kids fitness classes at a gym. I enjoy wild swimming, playing guitar and running. I would describe myself as relaxed and patient.

I set 1 hour 1-1 classes and prepare students by reinforcing the knowledge of the course and once they're ready go over past papers. My previous students have been very successful achieving A's in their prelims and are on track for the same result in their final exams. I like to ask the student what works for them and try to design a course that suits their needs, I am very flexible and patient with my sessions. I have completed my 2nd year of chemical engineering at The University of Edinburgh and have A's in higher maths + chemistry.
