About Antara
I am 3rd dan taekwondo black belt . Also national coach and national referee . I m a national player and medalist in both the forms of taekwondo i.e fight ( korugi) and poomsae. I have teaching experience of 10 years . Currently working with aurangabad amateur taekwondo association and also a member of it

Taekwondo is a Korean Martial arts . It's an Olympic game . It Increase speed stamina focus phyical strenght . I also take various fitness related training. Strenght training, weight loss training etc. Taekwondo certificates are valid for various army related recruitment and also for sports scholarship .
