About Hasan

My name is Hasan, and I’m a final-year biomedical science student at the University of Bristol. I’ve always been passionate about helping others understand difficult concepts and reach their full potential — which is exactly what drew me to tutoring. I started tutoring because I believe that education should be personalised, encouraging, and accessible. Every student learns differently, and I love being able to adapt my teaching style to fit each individual’s needs. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a student go from struggling to thriving — and knowing I played a part in that journey. Through my business, Elevate Tuition, I aim to provide high-quality, flexible tutoring that supports students both academically and emotionally. Whether it’s breaking down complex topics or preparing for exams, my goal is to help students feel confident, capable, and proud of their progress.

About the lesson

At Elevate Tuition, every lesson is tailored to the individual needs and goals of the student. Whether you’re preparing for the 11+, GCSEs, or A-Levels, I make sure each session is structured, focused, and engaging. Lessons typically begin with a quick review of previous content to refresh knowledge and check understanding. From there, we dive into new material using clear explanations, step-by-step methods, and exam-focused techniques. I use a mix of resources — including past papers, interactive activities, and topic-specific exercises — to keep lessons varied and effective. I strongly believe in building confidence alongside knowledge. I encourage students to ask questions, think independently, and learn from their mistakes in a supportive environment. For younger students (KS1–KS3), I keep lessons fun and interactive, using visuals and practical examples to keep them engaged. For older students, we focus more on exam preparation, content mastery, and developing strong analytical and writing skills. With over 5 years of experience and having taught over 30 students, I know how to adapt my teaching style to suit different learning needs — whether you’re a visual learner, need help staying motivated, or want to boost your exam performance. Whether you’re looking for long-term support or short-term revision help, my goal is to make every session productive, confidence-boosting, and tailored to help you reach your full potential.
