My teaching methodology is i start my class by asking the students about the topic to see if they have any idea about it, this also helps me to know who needs what attention and then i give the basic knowledge about the topic and after every sub topic i ask students for their doubts and clear them if someone is shy to speak in front of everyone i take theri doubts one to one
