About Max
I get it — when you’re trusting someone to help you succeed, you want to know they’re the real deal. I’m not just someone who did well in class — I’ve mastered the material, I’ve helped others do the same, and I show up every time with consistency, focus, and a clear plan. What you’ll get from me is reliability, patience, and total commitment to your success. I’m serious about what I do, I communicate openly, and I respect your time and goals. Whether you’re feeling stuck or aiming for the top, I’ll meet you where you’re at and help you move forward with confidence. This isn’t just tutoring — it’s having someone in your corner who’s been through it, knows what it takes, and is ready to help you level up.

As a tutor, my approach is rooted in clarity, patience, and strategy. I don’t just review material — I teach students how to think like problem-solvers, focusing on why concepts work, not just how to memorize them. I break complex topics into simple, relatable steps and adjust my teaching style to match each student’s strengths, pace, and goals. A typical lesson starts with a quick review of recent class content or homework, followed by guided practice problems where I show not only how to solve them, but how to approach similar ones with confidence. We end each session with a short recap and study tips to reinforce long-term retention. Any notes I present will be available to the student, making each session productive for the entirety of its need. What sets me apart is that I’m a high-achieving student myself (3.9999 GPA, pre-med) — I know exactly what teachers and professors look for on assignments, tests, and lab reports. I’ve been in your shoes (possibly still am), and I know how to help students not just pass, but excel. I am the friend my peers turn to when they struggle. I work best with high school and college students, especially those taking introductory or intermediate physics, chemistry, organic chemistry, biology, and anatomy & physiology. Whether you’re prepping for an exam, struggling with homework, or just trying to stay ahead, I’ll help you build the understanding and confidence to crush it.
