About Neil
I am a student in the 3rd year of engineering school and I would like to be able to help students in difficulty in certain scientific subjects. I am motivated to do this because: on the one hand it can help me even more to see if my knowledge is well acquired (or even remind me of it if necessary) and on the other hand it can help someone on small details that sometimes make you get stuck on certain notions. Before I went to engineering school, during my two years of CPGE I studied a lot with a group of friends and the fact of talking a lot and explaining things to myself helped me enormously!
I would like to do the same with students at a lower level so that I can give them explanations that may be different from those that the teachers give. This can be very beneficial!

If you want clear explanations from a student engineer on things you're struggling with, you've come to the right place! It would be a pleasure to help you! (worry me too, I've been there I know this feeling of going home after your Maths class, saying to yourself: "wait, what have we talked about today ...?")
Yes you agree, I suggest doing the sessions by zoom. At first, we will be able to see together where you have the most difficulties to be able to really know what I can transmit to you as knowledge / help.
For me, having a student who explains to another student is even more beneficial than a teacher-student explanation because we can explain it with our own words and perhaps be better understood by the other, I find that really different!
NB: I have a whiteboard at home so it will be handy if I ever have to show you calculations or written things (rather than zoom screen sharing ...)
