About Meadhbh
I'm a fluent speaker who speaks Irish at home, and attended Gaelscoils for both primary, and secondary school. I'm now in 3rd year in Trinity College studying Irish and French.
I'm passionate about the Irish language and want students to enjoy learning it, as this will make them want to practice it.. the key to studying any language!

These classes are available for both Higher and Ordinary level Junior and Leaving Cert. Lessons normally last an hour.
Firstly we will breakdown and dissect whichever exam you are preparing for (Junior Cert, Leaving Cert etc.) and tackle Grammar, vocabularly, syntax, and oral components. For Irish Grammar, I want to make things as straight forward as possible and teach it the way it's been taught to myself in university, in a concise, and easy to understand way. We will revise each of the tuiseals (Including the tuiseal Ginideach), making all of Irish Grammar more comprehendable.
For Oral practice we will work on each individual topic that can come up for either Junior or Leaving Cert, revising tenses, expanding vocabulary, and building confidence in conversational ability. I will also give you the means and resources for you to study Irish yourself in an impactful way.
I have two years experience teaching grinds to two students (1st-4th year secondary school).
