About
As a graduating high school senior with four years of tutoring experience, I've developed my own distinct style of teaching from experience as well as my own learning experiences. I've worked from grades kindergarten all the way up to grade 11, across subjects like math, science, and music. My style of teaching emphasizes a true understanding of subjects. I don't just teach what to do, I teach WHY we do it so my students learn to apply their knowledge beyond an exam or two. To me, the most important thing as a tutor is for students to gain a functional knowledge of their subjects, and I share the true joy in their "eureka" moments of understanding.
