About Jordan
Youth Basketball Coach | Flow Academy — Ages 4–16 | Fundamentals + Confidence
I’m Coach Jordan Knowles, founder of Flow Academy in Missouri City/Houston. I guide young athletes not just to master basketball fundamentals, but to move with confidence, awareness, and focus — qualities that help them thrive on and off the court.
At Flow Academy, kids ages 4–16 learn:
✔ Shooting, dribbling & footwork foundations
✔ Strength, balance & coordination
✔ Emotional control, focus & calm under pressure
✔ Smart decision-making & game awareness
✔ Confidence that carries beyond sports
My sessions are structured yet flexible, blending skill development with mindful movement and presence. Each child learns to trust themselves, embrace challenges, and grow into resilient, confident, and joyful athletes.
📍 Training at Kitty Hollow Park & local gyms
