About Ed
Deep understanding on solid foundations and methods for easy learning to develop any level of play or dexterity. Spanish (nylon strings) and electric preferred. Very broad repertoire: Spanish Flamenco, Rock, Folk, Classic.
Myself I started learning and studying guitar at the age of 8, and today, after 42 years I haven't stopped this wondrous process. Throughout I've been lucky to study with some excellent people in Spain, in Mexico and here in the USA. My intention as a teacher is being able to transmit all this outstanding knowledge and provide insights and direction into anyones potential.
I believe playing any instrument is a celebration of life and an expression of spiritual liberation and reflection. Learning guitar will calibrate your relationship with the world and will make you more refined and intelligent. I have a young daughter who is learning and we play and sing often just for the beauty and fun of it.
Ages, 5 year old and up, particularly interested in kids under 20, but anyone can learn. Bi-Lingual English-Spanish. Will drive if required.
