About RJ
We are an all around training business. We will do football, basketball, baseball, personal training, boot camps, etc. I myself was an 2 sport athlete where I played football and baskeball and I am continuing my passion of staying fit and helping others stay fit.
I am a certified personal trainer through Lonestar College System. I also played football for 14 years and played basketball for 10 years.
