I am a USMC an Actor, Film Maker, Professional Boxer, Amateur Boxer, Body Guard and Personal Trainer, for Muhammad Ali and Mike Tyson, Christopher Walken, Madonna, Ray Lotta, Dolph Lundgren, Wesley Snipes, Michael Anthony Hall, just to name a few of the hundreds. I have trained many men, but women or kids they are more dedicated to my training techniques, discipline is everything, about conditioning, the mind and body they show up all the time. All of these life's from all of these people are successful because of training and conditioning, Yes I've trained every one of them one way or another. Become Water! I will train you in a gym, or your home, not a problem.
