About
One in five women have been sexually assaulted in the U.S. At 30 top-rated universities, one in four coeds reported being sexually assaulted. The current federal administration has created a culture of sexual violence, such as "Your body, my choice" on social media.
My private instruction will focus on Self Defense for women and girls, including avoiding high-risk situations, situational awareness, projecting yourself as confident and "not a victim" , nonviolent confrontation and effective physical self-defense techniques.
We are more likely to accidentally fall by tipping, slipping on ice or slick pavement, or stumbling over our own feet that being assaulted. My instruction will include recovering from falling while avoiding or minimizing injury.
Sisters and Mother and daughter combinations are welcome in addition to individual students.
Black belt in Tae Kwon Do received in 1996 and have studied many other martial arts, searching for appropriate defensive strategies that don't require a lot of physical strength to execute.
Very limited availability on Monday and Friday afternoons.
