About
I’ve been training and teaching martial arts for over 30 years. I’ve studied multiple styles but have focused on Wing Tsun Kung Fu. This style is also spelled Wing Chun. This is a Classical Chinese martial arts, with a focus on economical self defense. This is a great style for those looking to improve health, focus, cognitive function and for decreasing stress. A fundamental part of the philosophy is to release tension in both mind and body for maximum efficiency. I’m a 5th level master of the style.
