About
Hello everyone I’m Alejandro Barragán , a free lance personal trainer
I’ve been in fitness for over 10 years and been a personal trainer for the last 7 years at gyms in Chicago and Miami
I also compete in body building shows in the Men’s Physique division
Currently I have branched off as an independent trainer , training people at their building condos gym or home built gyms or as a guest at their gym. My emphasis is teaching clients how to lift correctly with proper contraction and form to avoid injury and to help clients be more comfortable with weight lifting both for muscle growth and to lower body fat composition
Currently offering 10 sessions for $1000 , preferably cash
