About
My name is Lucas Erazo, and I have been training in martial arts, including 4 years of folkstyle wrestling, since I was 12 years old. Over the years, I have developed a deep passion for martial arts and the positive impact it can have on people's lives. That passion grew even stronger when I began teaching. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing a student or client progress, gain confidence, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. Watching people grow both on and off the mats is the most fulfilling part of what I do.
My goal as a coach is to make martial arts accessible, enjoyable, and approachable for everyone, regardless of experience level. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and engaging training environment where students can learn at their own pace while still being challenged to improve. Together, we will develop a simple and effective training plan tailored to your goals and experience level.
Whether your objective is to learn a new skill, improve your fitness, lose weight, build confidence, develop self-defense skills, or compete at a high level, I am committed to helping you every step of the way. I believe that consistent training, proper guidance, and a positive mindset are the keys to long term success.
Health and fitness are a major part of my life. In addition to martial arts, I regularly participate in strength training and conditioning to improve my own performance and continue growing as both an athlete and coach. I have trained extensively in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, boxing, and kickboxing, and I am currently a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Renzo Gracie black belt Gene Dunn. I continue to train and learn every day so I can provide my students with the highest level of instruction possible.
