About Aileen
"Teaching violin began as an experiment in patience during my own training. Mastery comes from understanding how to isolate left hand agility and shifting positions.
These 477 students taught me that bowing technique and sight reading are not separate from ear training. We work on classical repertoire and rhythm and timing together. Tuning by ear and spiccato and staccato bowing demand focus. I look forward to working with you."
