About Ifeoma
My first language is English, and I've studied it for almost my entire life, so although I am not an English professor, or scholar, I believe it is still safe to say that I am well-versed in teaching the language. With my few years of experience in Journalism, and as a Communications major, writing, reading, and speaking English is at the center of everything I do on a daily basis. I've written as a Student Journalist for The Press, a student-run news publication, and still a content volunteer for the Gauntlet Publication's Society. Plus, my countless university courses in writing advertorials and media releases, and even essays add to it. Whether it is for my recreational activities such as creative writing, or for educational/professional purposes, I have a strong connection with the English language and would love to use my expertise to help you have a stronger connection!

As a current student, I understand the time and energy that is put into learning something new. I also understand that each person has their unique learning style that feels the most comfortable and appeals to a particular sense e.g. visual (images/sight), auditory (sounds/hearing), or even kinesthetics (objects/touch), etc. For example, I am very much a visual learner, and understand things more when I SEE an example of it. So, what is yours? If you do know what it could be, that is great! And if you don't... NO WORRIES! We'll figure it out together, and have fun with it!!!
