About Munnaan
I have always loved the challenge of teaching and seeing the development of my students has always felt so rewarding. Being a medical student there has always been emphasis on helping each other get through medical school, whether that being teaching younger years or being taught myself by older years I have always been in that environment of student teaching. I believe in an ethos of getting the work done whilst enjoying yourself and not feeling as if studying is a chore as I know its gonna be a major part of my life for the next 30+ years and hopefully I can relay this mindset to my students.

The session will be tailored to each individual but the core structure will be as follows:
1. Addressing the topics from the previous session and going through homework.
2. Introducing new content and explaining each step with plenty of time to discuss any problems with understanding.
3. Going through questions together to apply the understanding into practice.
4. Attempting questions from previous exams to further re instate understanding
With regards to mathematics I believe repetition will help hone the skills needed to understand the fundamentals of what the question is asking for and how you can display the correct working to warrant marks. As a 4th year medical student I personally use the method of active recall which I think fits perfectly with the sciences , with frequent testing covering content the student has gone over the student will start to see patterns in questions which will help trigger their memory for the correct answer.
I have tutored independently for the past 2 years teaching a variety of students from 11+ to A Level.

Munnaan has tutored me on a few subjects in the past and he has been one of the best teachers I’ve had. He has a way of explaining things that makes them so simple and easy to grasp. Although, my favourite thing about him as a tutor is how patient he is; if you don’t understand a topic or keep getting a question wrong he will always explain it in an understanding way that doesn’t make you feel bad.
Munnaan is a very trust worthy tutor who is always on time and organised. He always has lessons planned out and hands out some additional resources to help me understand the content. Really enjoyed him as a tutor and would highly recommend to others!
