About Diana
Hi! I'm Diana, a 4th year medical student at the University of Edinburgh and aspiring cardiothoracic surgeon. I honestly really enjoy learning, and am excited to share the knowledge I've gained at medical school so far!
Being Portuguese and having grown up around Europe and the Middle East, I'm passionate about language learning and travelling. Otherwise, my hobbies also include playing volleyball, reading, and hiking.

Hi there! In my lessons, I'm willing to explain any topics the student is struggling with using my notes and flashcards from previous years, textbooks, or if notified of the topic in advance, notes I prepare especially for the class. I am also keen to help with general revision through working together through exam-style questions and and making sure the students understands the key concepts of the course!
If the student so wants, I would also share my tips regarding exam technique, useful resources, and revision strategies that are suited to learning at medical school, so we can find what works for the student as an individual.
Being a 4th year student, I remember how it feels to come across new information for the first time, as well as what information appeared especially important and relevant. Hence, I believe I would be well-suited to explain said medical school knowledge to 1st and 2nd year medical students.
