My teaching is fun and very alignment based. Your class and lessons will challenge and inspire you to dig deep with in yourself. Over coming our mind is the hardest pose we try. Breatning and Meditation is so incorporated with my classes.
I have been practicing yoga for over 15yrs and teaching for 3yrs. I am 500hr certified in the vinyasa style and my teachings follow the 8 Limbs of yoga. I also teach children ages 2-12 in mindfulness and yoga as well as yoga on the paddle board. I am very passionate about sharing all that yoga can offer and being able to create a space for others to just come as they are.
