About the lesson

I teach more vinyasa style yoga but can also teach hatha and bikram. I also love incorporating resistance training and a little HIIT style in my practices as well. You will be challenged, you will have fun, we will connect on a deeper spiritual level then just moving our bodies because this is what yoga and asana is all about.

These lessons are for all levels, and I will assess and move with you to create the perfect balance for your specific needs. Let me help you reach inside yourself to create positivity, love, passion, and light.
