About MRTL
I am a Martial Artist and have been teaching martial arts for over 20 years. I am a 5th degree black belt in Tang Soo Do, proficient in multiple weapons. I am the creator of MRTL MVMT, a movement class that utilizes martial arts exercises and drills to help develop better flexibility, agility and mobility! This along with life coaching helps to keep your mind focused on the process!
