About Diogo
I am a 4th year medical student at Imperial College London with an interest in public health and medical education. My passion for teaching comes from the countless "a-ha!" moments I have shared with my students when things just start to make sense. I am endlessly inspired by their aspirations and determination, and it brings me joy to know that I have had a meaningful impact on their journey through education. At A level, I studied Biology (A*), Chemistry (A*), Maths (A*), Further Maths (A*) and Portuguese (A). In my free time, I like to play the flute, go bouldering with friends and volunteer at local primary schools to teach about nutrition.

I like to see maths problems as an intricate machine that needs fixing. I will provide you with the tools and tricks of the trade, and by exam season you will have a toolbox ready to get the grades you strive for. Lessons will be tailored to your needs, with a focus on understanding the theory and putting it to practice on maths problems suited to your level. I have delivered tutorials to younger medical students for the past 3 years and taken education-related elective modules in the past. In my free time, I actively volunteer at primary schools to teach children about nutrition. Lessons can last 1 to 2 hours as preferred. Happy to tutor GCSE and A level maths and further maths on topics within pure, mechanics and statistics. All exam boards welcome.
