About Timothy
I am an incoming sophomore Electrical Engineering student at Texas A&M University, where I earned a 4.0 my first year while taking college-level STEM courses. I know how overwhelming math, physics, coding, and test prep can feel, so my goal is to make difficult concepts clear, logical, and less stressful. I tutor SAT Math, algebra, precalculus, calculus, physics mechanics, Python, and computer science by focusing on the “why” behind each problem instead of just memorizing steps. Outside of academics, I have spent years competing in swimming and classical piano, which taught me discipline, patience, and how to improve through consistent practice. I want to help students build confidence, raise their grades, and actually understand what they are learning.

I know what it feels like to grind for difficult classes and standardized tests because I have put in the hours, stress, and discipline myself. After scoring 800 on SAT Math and taking advanced AP and college-level STEM courses, I want to help students reach the scores and grades they are aiming for. My lessons focus on more than memorizing formulas: I teach the “why” behind each concept so students can actually understand math, physics, computer science, and problem-solving.
