I studied 1st-6th grade special and general education at Syracuse University and I've been working as a 3rd and 4th grade teacher in NYC with experience with Eureka Squared for the last eight years. I love teaching and working with kids!

I use a student-centered, hands-on approach that builds deep conceptual understanding before moving into procedures and memorization. I integrate visual models, manipulatives, and real-world word problems to help students see the "why" behind the math. I also use spiral review to reinforce previously taught skills and build math confidence.
