About Darshanaa

I am a certified yoga teacher with 900 hours of advanced training from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai. My journey with yoga has taught me that true well-being comes from balancing the body, mind, breath, and inner self. I believe yoga is not just about mastering postures but about cultivating awareness, discipline, and a conscious way of living. My intention is to guide every student with compassion, authenticity, and personalized attention, helping them build a sustainable practice that supports physical health, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual growth. Whether you are just beginning or looking to deepen your practice, I am here to support you on your journey.

About the lesson

Yoga is more than physical exercise—it is a way of living with awareness, balance, and inner harmony. My classes combine traditional Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, relaxation techniques, yogic lifestyle practices, and mindfulness to help you improve strength, flexibility, mental clarity, and emotional well-being. Each session is personalized according to your needs and experience, creating a safe and supportive environment for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Whether your goal is better health, stress relief, inner peace, or spiritual growth, my aim is to help you establish a sustainable yogic practice that transforms every aspect of your life.
