About me:
Extensive experience tutoring VCE Mathematics and GAMSAT Sections 2 and 3, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to guide students toward success.
(Also experience tutoring at a certain GAMSAT prep company)

I possess an in-depth understanding of the strategies required to consistently achieve scores of 70+ in Section 3 and the nuance it takes to score 75+ in Section 2

My background in science has little relevance to GAMSAT and I have achieved high S3 scores (70,77,81)
I believe I can develop your reasoning skills and problem solving process to score well in S3 with minimal background knowledge required, many students have done better than I have with stronger background knowledge.
I am highly accessible online for academic support, including university studies (WAM: 85+), GAMSAT preparation, and medical school applications.

About the lesson

Section 3:
My approach to Section 3 focuses on enhancing your reasoning abilities rather than relying solely on advanced scientific knowledge. Together, we will work through ACER’s official practice questions (both from past booklets and the new online platform) as well as Jesse Osbourne’s materials. By dissecting these questions, I aim to equip you with efficient problem-solving techniques rooted in logic and foundational high school mathematics (and sometimes sciences)
Disclaimer: Due to the amount of time it takes to prepare for lessons with unfamiliar content, I teach only using ACER's practice questions (both old booklets and new online) as well as Jesse Osbourne's practice questions
Section 2:
I currently offer a comprehensive package consisting of 25 of my past essays along with a detailed 3000-word essay guide for $50. This resource is designed to help you understand how to structure compelling arguments, incorporate relevant examples, and refine your writing style.
Additionally, I provide personalised essay feedback at $25 per essay. Each critique includes paragraph-by-paragraph analysis, evaluation of logical flow, and actionable suggestions for improvement. Please feel free to contact me for examples of my feedback style.

Note: All my students will receive medicine applications help as well, I am very familiar with the applications process and score requirements for each university, we will work together to maximise your chances of getting into medicine.

And for me, I’ve always felt alienated by online S2 resources from high scorers (90+), as I was never able to reproduce essays of that quality. For me, Elvin helped me take a realistic approach to S2.
