Hello! I am currently a freshman at Lynbrook High School, San Jose, and I have been working with other students around my age and younger than me. My lessons are designed for middle and high school students who need help with Algebra or Geometry, whether they’re struggling with homework, preparing for exams, or looking to strengthen their math skills. As a tutor, I focus on helping students build a deep understanding of math rather than just memorizing formulas. I have been going through these same struggles, so I understand how we can ensure the best learning ability for you as a student. I want it to be the student who can come up to me and ask to make the concepts clear to them. For example, a typical lesson starts with a quick review of previous material to reinforce understanding. Then, we go over new topics with guided examples, followed by practice problems where I will let the student approach while I guide them. My goal is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where my students feel confident asking questions and truly understanding the material.
