I am able to build strong and positive relationships with staff, children and parents promoting a safe and happy working and learning environment. I have developed in planning effective lessons where children are motivated and willing to learn, actively seeking advice and support from other colleagues and apply this to my teaching. I am currently a part time Year 4 teacher, in my third year of teaching - I have completed my NQT year making me a qualified teacher. I have taught children from Reception to Year 6 with most of my experience in Year 4. I enjoy working with children and young people and building their confidence through supporting them in their education but also with building on their confidence and self esteem. I complete a Degree in Children and Integrated Professional Care and went on to complete a PGCE Primary 5-11. I have shown through my experiences and my NQT year that I am able to work with children seeing them as individuals with their unique strengths and weaknesses and by understanding their needs I am able to produce lessons that are more likely to engage and motivate them.
