About Ava
My name is Ava, and I'm an upperclassman high school student. I am interested in sports, particularly basketball and tennis. I have worked at Living Room Tutors as a volunteer tutor, helping tutees in high school science and math. With a love of learning, I hope to spread my passion of gaining knowledge to others.

As I have done in the past, I will be contacted at least 24hrs before a session, with an email briefly explaining what the student wishes to learn during the session. I will then create a lesson plan, which will take around 20-30 minutes, depending on the topic. If the student requires homework help, I request an email be sent at least 24hrs before the session with an attachment of the homework, so I might find mistakes and help guide the student during the session.
