About Jebin

I am an enthusiastic person who always had an interest in dealing with numbers and analysing financial information since I have done my masters in professional Accountancy, part qualified ACCA (4 more papers to complete ACCA) and being an accounting student and/ or accountant for almost past 13 years. I have got experience as a Senior Accounting Manager and almost 2 years work experience earlier as a Financial accountant, Transfers Finance officer at FNZ UK LTD and recently been working as Pensions Accounts administrator for SPPA, where I had to deal with proper cash handling and maintaining accuracy in recording the accurate amounts and figures and preparation of financial statements, proper documentation, maintaining professionalism and confidential information, working independently on both onsite and hybrid work environments, communicating effectively with clients and counter parties, prioritising workload and achieving the submission deadlines. During my masters I had also got a good knowledge on analysing financial statement figures and working out reliable financial estimates. I have worked as a Member services finance officer for a credit union, where I had to deal with member queries and requests, carrying out administrative tasks, assessing credit aspects of all members, approval of loan and setting up of direct debits and transferring money from between accounts at members requests. In all my previous work, I have got great experience in working together as a team, dealing with pressure situations and finding effective solutions to overcome, gain proficiency in using various accounting softwares including Sage Business Cloud, Origo, TCS Bancs, Microsoft packages and IT skills including Excel spreadsheets, Words, Outlook and Teams. In my previous experiences, I have developed good communication skills, coordinating events and activities, scheduling various tasks, arranging meetings, team calls, administration of various daily events and teamwork. I was able to develop my knowledge and confidence in dealing with numbers, analysing financial data, decision making and exercising professional judgement wherever necessary. While I was working as an accountant, I have often come across situations where I have to complete my tasks before deadlines, take my own responsibility to get things done properly and timely. To meet the deadlines and complete my works on time, I make a log and checklist myself and strictly follow those checklist so that I can avoid a last minute stress and faults. I also make reconciliation of statements at regular intervals to maintain accuracy in recording and reporting of financial statements. With gaining more experience and skills with my work, I was able to be independent on completing my tasks on time with minimal supervision from my senior managers.

About the lesson

My approach will be strictly practical oriented with solving questions or answering case scenarios by giving focus on theoretical reasoning and basic understanding of every aspect involved in a particular subject or question.
