2. Core Concepts and Context (20 minutes)
- Explanation of the topic with real-world examples.
- Case studies from my 20+ years of experience working with brands like Comcast, BlackRock, and Corteva.
3. Interactive Activity (30 minutes)
- Hands-on exercises such as creating wireframes, user journeys, or personas.

4. Q&A and Discussion (15 minutes)
