About Kinsley
Friendly guidance defines my classroom, where complex accounting concepts become easier to understand through clear explanations and practical examples. I create a supportive learning environment where students can build confidence while developing strong accounting fundamentals.
With 8 years of experience and an MIT Sloan background, I simplify topics such as accrual versus cash basis accounting, bank reconciliation, and depreciation methods. I also help students understand the logic behind journal entries and apply these concepts to real accounting situations.
My teaching approach combines academic rigor with practical problem-solving. We work through cost accounting and managerial accounting step by step, helping you strengthen your analytical skills and become more confident with challenging accounting concepts.

My background at MIT Sloan, combined with 8 years of industry experience, informs how I teach cost accounting and managerial accounting. I connect academic theory with practical examples so students can see how these concepts are applied in real-world business settings.
Practice is an important part of my approach. I provide practice sets with worked solutions to strengthen problem-solving skills and help students tackle technical questions with confidence, while keeping every lesson focused and efficient.
