About Lovish
So around 5 years ago I was fat and after my schooling, I decided to work on myself and to make my appearance better. The self-motivation at that time helped me to transform myself from fat to fit. After that, I started helping my friends and family members and from there I got to know that I enjoy motivating and training people. I will make sure the time people will invest in me and my sessions will be worth it for them.

I will teach you the exercise techniques in a very simplified way. Not just a normal exercise but will teach you better ways to do exercises that will help in muscle growth and/or fat loss. Just give it a try and I will make sure that you get your desired results.
