As a wife and a mother of two, I understand the challenges of balancing family life, a professional career, and personal health. Coming from an engineering background, I approach fitness with a logical, analytical, and highly structured mindset. But more importantly, I approach it from a place of lived experience.
MY JOURNEY: FROM 100kgs to 60kgs
My path to wellness wasn't paved with "magic pills" or restrictive crash diets. I transformed my life—going from 100kg to 60kg—through the power of consistent, evidence-based training and a sustainable lifestyle shift.
