About Aakash
I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer who focuses on making movement a part of your life. I want to see a day where none of us have to visit doctors, physiotherapists, rehab specialists, etc. unless absolutely necessary. I want you to enjoy a long, pain-free life, living it the way you want. For that, you need to keep sicknesses, injuries and other medical conditions at bay. That's where I come in - no big promises - but through small, meaningful changes, I help you live your life your way.

Focus on strength building with some concepts of physiotherapy and rehabilitation mixed in to help you achieve your fitness goals while keeping injury risk as low as possible.
Each class is maximum 60 minutes long. The idea is to do what is absolutely necessary and nothing more, regardless of time taken. Moreover, if you have a specific goal to achieve, you will see your results faster.
In conclusion, the idea is to make movement apart of your life in a manner that you always keep getting fitter and healthier.
