With professional experiences such as serving as a peer mentor and tech trainer for Genesys Works, I have developed strong skills with student relationships, working alongside with young professionals/students to make a customized academic plan for their success.

Then, I introduce new concepts and provide examples to help the student understand and apply the material. I encourage active learning and engagement by posing questions and having the student work through problems on their own. I am always patient and willing to explain things in multiple ways to ensure the student has a thorough understanding.

I am patient and understanding, and I have a knack for breaking down complex concepts in a way that is easy for students to grasp. My lessons are suitable for students of all levels, from beginner to advanced.
