About Miles
My teaching methodology is centered around Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-Solving, ensuring that every lesson is engaging, personalized, and effective. In Spanish language instruction, I focus on fostering creativity through interactive activities, such as role-playing, storytelling, and cultural exploration, which allow students to connect with the language in meaningful ways. Communication is at the heart of my approach; I prioritize open dialogue, encouraging students to actively participate in conversations, listen attentively, and express themselves confidently in Spanish. Compassion plays a key role in my teaching philosophy. I understand that every student has unique learning needs and pace, and I am dedicated to offering a supportive environment that nurtures their growth. Through empathy and understanding, I help students overcome challenges and build their self-esteem in learning. Problem-solving skills are integrated into lessons to help students think critically and apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios. This approach extends beyond Spanish; I also offer support in related subjects, ensuring that students develop a well-rounded understanding and can effectively apply their skills across different disciplines.
