About Ava
Language is essentially a tool for connection rather than a set of rules to be memorized. I admit that I find grammar drills quite boring unless they are directly linked to your personal interests or career goals.
We start by working on your presentation skills and email writing to build immediate confidence. Then we move into mock speaking exams with feedback to ensure you are ready for real-world scenarios.
It is essential to practice reading comprehension alongside your pronunciation to get a full picture of the language. My 5 years of experience allows me to pinpoint your specific hurdles. We focus on idioms and expressions so you sound more natural in professional settings.
I always leave time at the end of our session to discuss your progress. This is the part of my week I enjoy the most.
