About Rijul
I'm a law under graduate, and a big gym freak no matter what the schedule is I always make time to hit the gym and be active, 2 years ago I was diagnosed with pcod which kickstarted my fitness journey, conditioned my body and mind through yoga and when I wanted to speed up things a bit I hit it with running, functional training and now lifting is something I can't live without, through my knowledge of such diverse exercise forms I want to share my knowledge with everyone is who needs it and make fitness fun!
