About Alishba
I am a highly experienced tutor, working as an assistant in a tuition centre for the last two years. Forming a foundational understanding is something that is often lacking in teaching at school, but I am readily available to tackle that problem and help my students become experts within maths. As someone who didn’t enjoy maths at all in the past, I can really resonate with a lot of students on the frustration it causes during mock periods and exam stress as I just finished my GCSEs last year. I would love to change your mind and show you that maths is not as scary as you may think it is and even open up the opportunity of A-level Mathematics.

I self-taught myself using past papers in Year 11 and improved my grade from a 6 to a 9 within months, allowing me to achieve 78/80 on my real GCSE papers, which is some of the best marks in the country!
