About Ayshah
I am a female, 20 , I train as a sprinter, as well as tutoring maths and English and working as a bartender until I return to university in September 2024, to study a physiotherapy degree! I I am understanding versatile and will always make sure, you leave a session having learnt something valuable. I understand the struggles of studies, growing up and trying to balance and comprehend becoming a young adult, so I am always open to questions and worried, both academic and non academic related.

I learnt best through flash cards and posters, visual learning is extremely helpful especially when learning physiology and anatomy in PE. I will regularly do random quizzes, which may seem stressful, but really helps to engage your brain when it’s not expecting it. As well as this, regularly exam style practise questions, as the papers often catch students out with wording , and even if you know what you are talking about, exams have a certain way they want the questions answered, it can often be very tricky to approach.
