About Chris
Having tutored both children and adults, my experience is that achievement will come as we establish (perhaps re-establish) your confidence in the subject or area.
Similarly, be strong in the basics. This will come with a certain amount of repetition.
Let's take Maths. In the same way that all dance has it's roots in ballet, all Maths (formulae, algebra, equations, geometry, fractions) has its roots in the four basics of addition, division, multiplication and subtraction.
The same is also true for English and any other subject. They all have some form of basic roots, which once you master, it makes the rest of the subject easier.
The reason why people who really struggle are where they are, is that they lack a grasp of the underlying foundations. Once the foundation is built, like a house, the rest comes quickly.
In each topic area, there are foundational areas that we will address, allowing you to progress effectively.
