About Siphephelo
I was first into just muscle bulking and toning. The after joining athletics I trained with a professional performance coach for 6 years. I learned a lot about my body and how Ican perform better. I have worked with 15 different people. 4 track athletes, 6 rugby players and 5 normal people who just wanted to either bulk up or cut some weight off.

There's three different programs. One is for losing weight and toning. One is for muscle development and bulking. The last one is the performance program for athletes. After You have shared your goals, we then check your strengths and weaknesses. Then work from there.
