I have honed my guitar skills through both dedicated practice and live performances and know what it takes to develop quickly on the guitar. I have experience working with and teaching students of all abilities, and especially enjoy working with those at the start of their musical journey, but will also take on intermediate students who are looking to really push on.

As a self-taught guitarist myself, I have experienced many of the pitfalls of learning the guitar. I understand that the most important aspect of learning is playing the songs you know and enjoy, and using those to develop technical skills along the way. In an hour lesson I will aim to take you through a section of a song, hopefully chosen by yourself, and use it to teach skills to help you better understand and play the instrument to a higher level.
