About Isabella
I am Bella, an environmental scientist passionate about nutrition and general health and wellbeing.
How it started...
When I was 16 y.o. my mum got diagnosed with breast canc€r, and an invasive one. Scared as we were that she wouldn't make it, I turned to the only thing I knew how to do best - researching and learning.
Soon after we started implementing the things I had been learning and discovering, my mum recovered unexpectedly well from many issues that seem to have no obvious solution.
This event was the catalyst that would make me embark on a lifelong journey regarding health, nutrition and weight loss.
The journey...
I have also been wrestling with my weight, physique and health ever since I was a teenager. I have experienced what is is to inexplicably gain weight even when I starved myself; feeling exhausted for years during my twenties; experiencing a long list of signs and symptoms (skin rashes, insomnia, acid reflux, extremely painful periods, hair loss, urine tract infections, migraines, etc.) and having gone to doctors to only be completely dismissed and ignored at best.
After finding out that many of my friends were experiencing very similar issues, I found the push I needed to take things to the next level.
The blessing in disguise...
Seeing yourself and the people you love experience so much pain and despair is no one's cup of tea.
Yet witnessing how I could make that pain go away little by little has been a fulfilling and rewarding experience like no other.
Gaining confidence through experience - and getting an actual scientific degree - I expanded my knowledge and my services to others outside my family and friends circle.
I believe the point of this life is to be shared, for one to be useful and to have meaningful connections, and growing and working on this path has fostered all that.
And here we are today!
With more than 15 years of experience, I have helped dozens of women (and some men too) lose weight and gain their health and confidence back.
